In company with the deepening and expanding of economic activities, the importance of marketing is quite obvious for all the enterprises. Various companies find every way to take possession of the market share by investing large sum of money and devoting more energy. However, twice the effort only gets half the result. Puzzled by many troublesome problems, the enterprises cannot get satisfactory achievement in marketing. To get the problems settled, it is rather urgent and important to let the third organization participate in the diagnosis and consulting of marketing. This method smoothes away many problems for the enterprises and becomes an indispensable part of developing themselves as well as the society.Facing the gradually intense market competition in real estate, it is extremely essential to attach importance to and do research on marketing. Only by immediately diagnosing all kinds of problems and putting forward the measures of improvement can we secure the operating of marketing and selling. Nanchong YouHe Real Estate Corporation is an early-founded enterprise dealing with real estate in Nanchong. It is a local corporation which successfully develops several projects. Whereas, YouHe is terribly endangered by some newly-entered firms in recent years. Keeping ideologism and relying on those old experiences is far beyond adequate in such a severe competition. As a result, this article holds operation significance in helping YouHe carry on diagnosis in marketing.In this article, the author analyses this method by sorting a great deal of data and materials, integrating theory with practice and combining example analysis and standard analysis on the basis of marketing theories and approaches. From YouHe's external environment, it firstly analyses the environment YouHe is facing and states the present situation in Nanchong real estate and explains YouHe's major opponents in detail. Then, making a multianalysis of its internal environment, this article summarizes the opportunities and threats, advantages and disadvantages YouHe has. Through the establishment of Marketing Diagnosis System, it discusses the present marketing situation of Nanchong YouHe Real Estate Corporation for the purpose of discovering the problems, analyzing and discussing them, and bringing forward the measures and countermeasures it can improve. To some extent, this paper can give the corporation some suggestions and make it re-examine their work from many different angles so that the marketing achievement could be mostly enhanced.
