Enterprise Core Staff Of Management Analysis And Countermeasures

It is more than 5 years since China joined in WTO, and Chinese enterprises have obtained unprecedented development opportunities, but at the same time, they are also facing with unprecedented challenges. Especially in present day which the degree of human resources allocation grows marketability enhances increasingly, the competition among enterprises in core staffs stirs up day by day.However, for a long time, our enterprises are almost at quite backward positions in the core staffs management mechanism and the management level, and this doesn't match up to the significant position which the core staffs are at during the enterprise development. The problem that how to acquire the advantage in the core staff contests has become a common topic which the enterprises and scholars pay attention to.In this paper, the author combine the fundamental research method with the demonstration research method on the basis of comparison and analysis. In the part of fundamental research, the paper studies three aspects :(1)Core staffs qualification and characteristics(2)Core staffs management actuality and the existent mistakes among our enterprises at present.(3)Advanced core staffs managements and approaches at present.In the demonstration research part, the Guangdong Dongguan Shengyi electron corporation is selected as typical sample, and it is analysed in the following three aspects:(1)Interior and exterior core staffs resources conditions.(2)Core staffs management actuality(3)The core staffs entire process management schemes established by the enterprise policy-makers and the human resources department for the enhancement of the core staffs management level.In conclusion , our enterprises should be cognizant of the human resources environment adequately and enhance core staffs management level to make a good foundation for the long-term development of our enterprises.
