China's Insurance Intermediary Industry Organizations Optimization Study

This paper is devoted to study the optimization of Chinese insurance intermediary industry organization. I try to draw useful conclusions on the optimization f Chinese insurance intermediary industry organization in theory and in practice. To get such results, I will use normative and positive analysis.The optimization of insurance intermediary industry organization really is to study the development of insurance intermediary industry from the point of industry organization. So at first this paper analyzes the reason that nowadays China develops insurance intermediary industry. The reason is: firstly, insurance intermediary is beneficial to reduce the transaction costs of insurers and policyholders; secondly, this may meet the needs of the whole opening of insurance market and compete with international insurance intermediary industry.In my opinion, the optimization of insurance intermediary industry organization mainly involves three problems: market structure, market behavior, industry organization policy.The important content of the optimization of insurance intermediary industry organization is the adjustment of insurance intermediary industry market structure. Low degree of market concentration, high identity of product and easy market penetration and withdrawal show that Chinese insurance intermediary industry is a high competitive industry, but insurance intermediary industry does not realize optimized condition and needs adjustment.
