Automobile industry has a very long industry chain and play an significant impact on developing our national economy.In 2008, the directly added value of the auto industry accounted for 1.8 percent share of GDP. To upriver industry such as steel and petrochemical, auto industry's driver force comes to 1:1 ratio. In terms of employment, auto industry to increase employment opportunities for each, will directly increase seven employment opportunities. Therefore, the automobile industry has an irreplaceable role in the development of China's national economy.China's auto industry experienced a heavy blow in the financial crisis of 2008. In order to promote China's car consumption, restore consumer confidence, advance industrial recombining and adjust industrial restructuring, our government promulgated"automobile industrial restructuring and rejuvenation program". The introduction of many good policies shows that the Chinese government is committed to the rejuvenation of the auto industry's determination and confidence.The structure of this paper just as follows:The first chapter mainly recalls the formation of theoretical system of industrial organization and the concept of SCP frame system.The second chapter analyzes our country's automobile industry organization from Market structure, market conduct and market performance by several indexes, including market concentration, product differentiation, barriers to entry, the efficiency of resource allocation, merger and reorganization, price behavior, product development behavior,etc.The third chapter outlines auto industrial organization policy under the new situation and analyze its impact.Then, we propose some advices to improve indusry policy.The fourth chapter gives some advices to optimize the China's automobile industry organization based on previous analysis, including practicing the merger and reorganization of enterprises, promoting the use of new energy vehicles, developing their own brands and stimulating the consumption of China's automobile. By these measures, we hope to boost China's automobile industry, enhance the international competitiveness of automobile industry.
