Having analyzed the status quo of china's chain enterprise and pointing out the bottleneck in its logistics distribution, based on ideas of Supply Chain Management, the paper designs the framework and puts forward the planning method of logistics distribution system of the chain enterprise. And it puts emphases on the studies about the Location Problem and the Vehicle scheduling Problem of the distribution center.Firstly, in order to overcome limitations existing in the traditional methods of the Location Problem, the Optimal Scale and the Optimum Distribution Radius of distribution center are introduced to classify chain nodes, simplifying the Multiple Location Problem to the Single Location Problem, which is solved by the algorithm of improved gravity model. Secondly, aiming at solving the Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Window, the paper formulates a mathematical model with a time penalty function, which is solved by the Genetic Algorithm. Finally, based on the above research work, the paper develops single software about the distribution center planning by the Visual C++ .NET 2003 programming tool. With the software, the models and corresponding algorithms are tested and evaluated by an illustration. |
