Economy globalization and the development of information technology have dramatically changed enterprises' circumstances, which force enterprise management to carry on a great innovation. Business Process Reengineering (BPR) is a new management theory and technology developed to meet this change. BPR becomes an effective way for enhancing enterprise competitiveness and adapting to the future development. This paper gives us fundamental meaning and principle of enterprise BPR. Based on the current status of LK company, taking cost management as guidance, this paper brings forward the assumption of management process reengineering. It gives recommendation and suggestion on improving quality of enterprise product, reducing production cost, and enhancing general enterprise competition ability.In the process from the traditional management mode to the modern one, the drawback of the traditional financial management system, capital operation style, supervision means and so on becomes outstanding day and day. Informational, scientific and standardized financial management mode shows it's necessary. Stressing on cost reduction only cannot reflect cost management level of enterprise completely and sufficiently. Enterprise must carry on in-depth to the reason of the variance causes, otherwise it will affect the normal operation of other function of cost management, lowering the final result of cost management. To take cost management as the direction, budget for the system in an all-round way, improve the financial administration procedure, it is an effective way of LK Company to reduce cost of goods and improve fund turn round.Quality control is to monitor the quality of product as per specified specification and adopt some measures to solve the deviation when non-conformity products appear.
