The Main Macroeconomic Indicators And Comprehensive Accounting Of Resources And The Environment

The present macroscopic economic indicator is calculated according to the SNA system of United Nations. Although SNA system has revised and regulated ceaselessly since it is established, it is confined to the sole calculation of the economic system, its main indicators such as gross domestic product (GDP), the gross national income (GNI), the saving, the investment, the national wealth and so on have not or not enough reflected the value of the resource-environment, that is to say, the SNA system regards the resources-environment as "Goods for free" . In fact, the resources-environment not only has already participated in the process of economic activities, but also has been influenced by them. Therefore, making a synthesis calculation to both the economic indicator and the resources-environment can remove the failure to not reflect the value of the resources-environment and help lay a solid foundation for the integrated environmental and economic accounting.This article embarks from the view of sustainable development. Utilizing the elementary theory and method of system of national accounts and indicator system, we research on the main macroscopic economic indicator and the resources-environment synthesis calculation. This article has discussed the estimating method of resources-environment firstly, and based on this, it has emphatically discussed GDP, the income, the saving, the investment, the national wealth and the resources environment synthesis calculation theory and methods. Finally, we propose the problems and offer measures to deal the integrated environmental and economic accounting in our country. The main conclusion as followed:1. According to the view of sustainable development and the relationship between economy and resources-environment, the present system of national accounting is not comprehensive and unscientific, so it needs to combine economic indicator and the resources environment together carrying on synthesis calculation.2.
