Asset securitization is an important financial innovation emerging in America in the late of 60s of the 20th century. Thanks to its smart design, flexible style, asset securitization got the unprecedented development in the past 30 years. Asset securitization has become an important development trend of the global financial market. With the deep going of the reform and open-up policy, the Chinese capital market has got a certain development, which encourages the financing condition and the economic growth profoundly. China now is in the era of the high-speed economic development, which leads to a demand of fund brisk. Many corporations, especially business enterprises, are in lack of fund, being restricted in the business development. On the other hand, assets held by business enterprises are low liquidity and have weak profitability.With the context above, this dissertation analyses the particular financing structure of asset securitization. The main aim of the study is to find out an efficient tool to solve the business enterprises financing puzzle in our country. Asset securitization can be considered as a financing instrument to complement the classical financing. It can not only increase assets' liquidity, but also perfect Chinese capital market.Applying theoretical study, this dissertation studies why business enterprises utilize asset securitization and how to use it based on analyzing the basic principle and operation procedure generalization of asset securitization. At first, the conception of asset securitization is defined. Secondly, this dissertation analyses the financing character and effect of asset securitization, a new type of financing instrument. Thirdly, the dissertation makes a comprehensive research on the law and economic condition of asset securitization in China.
