Research On T Company Receivable Securitization

The accounts receivable can be regarded as an interest free loan to the customer.Although this is a means to compete and occupy the market,it is not conducive to the long-term operation of the enterprise.The company must solve the problem of the shortage of the enterprise funds caused by the occupying operating funds of the accounts receivable.The cost of "interest free loans" to customers.Therefore,how to make use of accounts receivable financing is of great significance to enterprises.As a new financing tool,accounts receivable securitization will lack liquidity,but the accounts receivable with stable and predictable cash inflow are sold in the way of securitisation in the financial market to obtain financing,thus maximizing the liquidity of the assets.The account receivable securitization not only solves the difficult situation that the enterprise is difficult to finance due to the existence of a large number of high quality accounts receivable,but also invigorates the assets of the enterprise,reduces the cost of the financing of the enterprise and improves the value of the enterprise.This article contains six parts.The first part is the introduction,which briefly describes the background and significance of research on accounts receivable securitization,and then leads to the purpose of this study.The second part mainly expounds the relevant theories of the securitization of accounts receivable,and sorts out the research of domestic and foreign scholars on the securitization of accounts receivable.The third part introduces the development status and obstacles of China's accounts receivable securitisation.The fourth part is the case analysis of the accounts receivable securitization project of T company.It focuses on the analysis of the transaction link of the receivable securitization of T company,analyses the operation effect of the receivable securitization of T company,and summarizes the reasons for the successful implementation of the receivable securitization of T company.Finally,combined with case studies,some suggestions are put forward to promote the development of accounts receivable securitization in China.
