Management Methods Of Software Project Estimation Studies

The feasibility of the software project first lies in accurate software estimation. Each part of the software project estimation must use certain management methods. Appropriate management methods can raise the accuracy of the software project estimation. Therefore, it is quite important to research the management methods of software project estimation.This paper sums up the basic knowledge of the management methods to the software project estimation. The paper not only analyzes different kinds of way to the software estimation in detail but also manages to classify them into different sorts and try to put forward some constructive thoughts, improved approaches and new area applications to the software project : management. Paired comparison method is applied in software size estimation part. This approach can remove the subjective of experts to some extent in order to improve the accuracy and the precision of estimation. PERT and Fuzzy conception are blended in F-PERT that is applied in schedule estimation. This method could reflect the real schedule. The paper not only puts forward the idea that TOPSIS can be used in the software risk evaluation, but also makes TOPSIS and AHP used together in this aspect.
