The Thoughts Of Liang Shu - Ming's Rural Construction And Its Inspiration To China's New Countryside Construction

This paper mainly includes four parts: The first part is about the studying summarization of the thoughts of Liang Shuming and the research angle of view and means. Then we analyze the theory foundation of Liang Shuming' country building thoughts in the second part. In the third part we describe Liang Shuming' practice contents of country building movement. In the last part we analyze the reason of failure of Liang Shuming' country building movement, then discuss what important revelations Liang Shuming' country building theory can give to new socialism country in china nowadays.This paper' primary issue is: Liang Shuming' country buliding theory has very important revelations to the new socialism country building nowadays. Fist, building new socialism country must take into account the traditional cultures of our country. The ethic affection, the moral trust and the up-spirit and so on in Chinese traditional cultures can be an important agency to connect villagers one another. These traditional cultures are the psychology foundation of communications among villagers. Second, we must enhance the affect of peasant-organization or association in development of country science and technology, organizing production, infrastructure, living culture and so on in Chinese country building. This kind of villager-organization or association must absorb the excellent part of traditional cultures and good peasant-organization must be built on this traditional morality.To prove the argument above, this paper excises three theories. The first theory is the political system variance theory which explains the reason of the failure about Liang Shuming' country building movement and explains the conditions of Chinese socialism new country building in political system nowadays. The second theory is social capital theory. This theory explains why Liang Shuming emphasizes that country building movement should based on traditional culture and should strengthen the peasant' organization activities on one hand and why we should study some aspects of Liang Shuming' country building theory in the movement of socialism new country building movement. The third is "rank pattern" theory which we can use to analyze Chinese peasants' primary social structure and the development of social relations, which we can also use to explain and testify the important significance of tradition culture which Liang Shuming had thought much of.
