With the acceleration of global economic integration, the original pure market competition among enterprises has been taken place by political competition gradually. A country's government or government policy nowdays have become a means of competition and strategy of many companies .Taking the Corporate Political Activity into the account of the whole corporate strategy, it has played an important role of the development of enterprises. To build corporate culture under the viewpoint of Corporate Political Activity, it brings us not only an academic theory, but the more of how to seize the government policy as a competitive weapon, and implant the idea of Corporate Political Activity into management strategies in the highly competitive market. Company politics is a cultural phenomenon, with the same purpose of corporate culture, both of them are meant to improve the competitiveness and cohesion of enterprises. Why Corporate Political Activity has been played a prominent role in market competition, and how to find out the suitable political culture for company itself are described in details of this paper.Research of corporate culture in China is not a fresh topic, many domestic companies are actively promoting their corporate culture, however, not all of the companies are good at building corporate culture. It is not the management's fault, nor the employees', but most people within the business field do not understand the true meaning behind corporate culture. Based on some successful cases, this paper explores how Chinese enterprises build their own corporate culture.The first chapter describes the purpose and significance of the topic, as well as the status of both domestic and international researches. The second chapter describes the theoretical foundation of corporate culture and Corporate Political Activity. The third chapter discusses the relation and distinction between corporate culture and Corporate Political Activity, and comes out with the concept of Corporate political culture. Chaper four in this paper presents the problems in corporate culture building in China. Chapter five describes how to build corporate culture in the ways of Corporate Political Activity, such as cultivate the corporate social responsibility, standardize the Corporate Political Activity, strengthen the entrepreneurs' skills and attach importance to the training of corporate culture, etc. The sixth chapter is a case analysis of practical perspective. The last part is a comprehensive summary of this paper, reiterated the importance of corporate culture building from the perspective of Corporate Political Activity.
