CAAC is about to carry out structural reform , and all CAAC airports will be managed by local governments.Yunnan Airport Group Company was established on 26 April 2004 out of the former unit-Yunnan Civil Administration of Civil Administration of China.With the approval of the People's Government of Yunnan Province, Yunnan Airport Group is a public industrial entity engaged in special trade.It is a state-owned large enterprise directly under the leadership of the provincial government.It will bear the great impulse of the structural reform,and the subsidiary company of the Yunnan Airport Group Company(Kunpeng Service CO., Xishuangbanna Tour Hotel , Shangri-la Tour Hotel, Lijiang Tour Hotel, Ground service Co. , Yunnan Konggang Best Comnercial Co., Yunnan Airport Aircraft Maintenance&Services Co., Travel Sky Airport Technology Co. , Airport Construction Co. , Yunnan Airport Logistics Co.,Ltd. , Yunnan Airport Travel Service Co., Ltd. , Yunnan Airport Information and Media Co., Ltd. , Yunnan Airport Management Consultation Co., Ltd. , Yunnan Civil Telecommunication Co., Ltd. ) will face not only the severe test to develop,but also to survive in the business.In order to survive and to develop, The subsidiary company has to reshape, to establish modern enterprise system and to draw up a long-term development strategy.My thesis is based on the case study of the subsidiary company.According to its current situation and the future development opportunities,I raise the development strategic plan for the subsidiary company.The thesis not only makes a detail analysis of the subsidiary company's development experience and its present management status,but also points out the main problems and the coming development opportunities.Combining the theories I learned in Kunming University Of Science And Technology courses with my practices in the subsidiary company, I have done internal and external analysis on the subsidiary company in my thesis,specified the enterprise's goal and strategic management fields,built up strategic objectives system and put forward the revelant strategic plans for enterprise development.
