With the rapid development of the social economy and culture, the environment of the economy, marketing and the customer has been changed greatly. So the standard and none-specific products cannot meet the customer's needs any longer.However, custom marketing has been a necessary model of marketing. Custom marketing is a series marketing activities based on mass production to meet the customers'specific demands. It can combine mass production with custom marketing perfectly. Since facing a lot of personalized customers and products, custom marketing system is more complicated than the traditional marketing. LC company mainly produces the die-casting machines of alloy magnesium. After introducing the related theory of custom marketing, and then SWOT method is used to analyze LC's marketing. Aimed at the products and marketing characteristics of LC company, customers'need is deeply analyzed based on the questionnaire survey results. With this in mind, we come to the conclusion that LC must carry out the custom marketing strategy. After that, according the situation of LC, some tactics of custom marketing is put forward, and the guarantee action is pointed out from the organizational, technological, and financial aspects. Finally, we come to the conclusion that: On one hand, custom marketing has enhanced the competing capability of LC company in its industry, and enlarged its market share; on the other hand, it has satisfied the customer's needs, reduced the value chain and social cost, thus realized multi-win result. The successful story can be applied into the alloy magnesium industry and even the whole machinery industry.
