In recent years, although there have already appeared some the nationwide enterprises. Infact the family decoration industry is only in the start and the development phase in ourcountry. There are many questions with the family decoration enterprises, such as no moreway in company's management and sales. So it is useful for us to study the marketing tacticsof the family decoration companies.Firstly we draw the conclusion that the product made by the companies of familydecoration bear characteristic of service. Secondly, we analyze the environments and theconditions of the Fumantang Company. We concludes the strengths and weaknesses that it has,and the opportunities and threats that it faces. We define the Fumantang Company's targetmarket and the company' market status. We recommend the strategy for the company. Finallywe propose the company to adopt some marketing tactics.
