This thesis makes a study on KL Corporation, a domestic electric appliance manufacturing company. The study in this thesis is to find out some problems that should be solved urgently by analyzing the current situations of KBN refrigerators. Moreover, the study is aimed to help accelerating the gain of profits and strengthening the competition advantages by the way of applying to the modern channel thesis, financial and other relative knowledge, establishing a set of feasible scheme and improving the current channel sales situations of KBN refrigerators.The study process combines theories and practices, of which the theories include SWOT analyzing method in strategic management, financial analyzing, logistic knowledge and the relative theories on channel, while the practices is mostly on the real experience and a questionnaire on customers'satisfaction.The specialist lies in the study objective in this thesis, KL Corporation, which is famous, but also disputed greatly in the refrigerator industry. The competition between Mr. Lang and Mr. Gu and speedy and extreme outspreading make it a giant in the industry. According to the characteristics of the Chinese society, this situation will make the company's future unpredictable, either extremely successful or bankrupt instantly.The target market of KBN refrigerator is the vast village in China. The channel of KBN refrigerator, part of the company management operating, plays a very significant strategic role, moreover, it is an important management method of company products differentiation. It is believed that we can have a clear realization of the internal management and strategy development of the company's future through the study.The thesis writer educe a set of practicable problem-solving project from the analysis from many different angles and on the basis of the knowledge that have learned, other relative theories and channel operating situations of KBN refrigerator.
