The Value Of China's Telecommunications Network Interconnection, The Distribution Of Benefits And Decision Analysis

Interconnection generates in 1994, when China Union was founded. With the development of telecommunication industry, Interconnection presents different states, at the beginning, it's the problem of weak & delay signal because of the telegraphic network's low quality, then it becomes the situation of connected but influent, by 2003, it badly deteriorated while both sides destroyed the cable, interdicted communications by people, so people focus on Interconnection.Interconnection is not only the foundation of telecommunication industry's effective competitive mechanism, but also the major part of market economy reform. Interconnection has direct relation with telecoms'development and consumers'avail.This paper analyzes Interconnection systemically, from the form to the reason, the resolve of Interconnection problems, that is access charges based on cost & benefit distribution with inspire, applying with the game theory, microeconomic & net economic.In this paper, first it sums up domestic and overseas research status, then extends the definition of Interconnection, describes its property & type, and then analyzes the value, the factors of Interconnection qualitatively and quantitatively on LRT model & UPE, next, gathers up the actual domestic standard of access charges, at last draws the conclusions and gives some advice.
