Real estate is the pillar industry of Chinese national economy, and its development does propel and promote the relevant industries'rise and development, which influence national economy deeply. During 20-year's development, real estate still keeps the strong trends to develop. Examining the rule of its development is very important, and will play a strategic role in adjusting and controlling the real estate for government macroscopicallyReal estate is a industry which has very much oligarchic factors.
