Along with the bigger of the pace of "Expanded Recruitment of Students", the number of the university graduated student is climbing higher continuously every year. But the degree of the short of the students to the society descends gradually. It has been long known that the market of the undergraduates has become from "the market to the seller" to "the market to the buyer". This paper will, from the angle of the Game theory, suppose the undergraduates' employment is a process of two kind of benefit main body decision-making. We will study the general phenomenon and rule about the market of the undergraduates from the result of the Game Theory analysis (the result of equilibrium outcome and the un-equilibrium outcome).This paper is divided into seven parts. Chapter 1 is the part of introduction in which we will introduce simply the research background, the importance, some related papers and results about the project, the train of thought and the contents of the project. In chapter 2 we will reviews the outline of game theory and its development history. Chapter 3, 4, 5 and 6 are the focal parts of this thesis, which apply the game theory in the undergraduates' market. A series of beneficial conclusions and enlightenment will be gained on the basis of game analyses. In chapter 3, this paper will establish models to takes into analysis the several possible circumstance in the policy of "two-way job choice, independent choosing profession" in the undergraduates' market. In chapter 4, we will apply complete but non-perfect information dynamic state model to analysis the several phenomena of the accepting appointment and the job advertisement based on quality in the market of undergraduates' employment. In chapter 5, we will set up a signaling model of wage based from the job advertisement. We will study the general rule about the problem of "job and reward". In chapter 6,we will ,from the angle of the Game theory ,analyze the cost and income of the behavior of the undergraduates in the humane resource market, so as to understand the game mentality of the students ,the motive and the prevention and cure about undergraduate's dishonesty and faithlessness. On this foundation, we put forward the proper suggestions and measures about the problem.
