E-commerce actualizes electronic dealing of goods at a high speed through Internet and puts an emphasis on the external business. Integration of ERP and E-commerce is an urgent need and inevitable trend.At first, the paper introduces the application of ERP system of manufacturing enterprise in our country and analyzes framework and function of ERP system of manufacturing enterprises in detail. It sets forth deficiency of the traditional ERP in the face of E-commerce and the development of it in the E-business conditions. The paper also illuminates the demands of E-business in the manufacturing enterprise and the relations between ERP and E-commerce. On the basis of analysis and comparation of technological solution, the paper gives a solution of integration of ERP and E-commerce based on Web Service in the manufacturing enterprise.
