Research On The Reconstruction Of Product Service System Of Service Oriented Manufacturing Enterprise Based On QFD

With the steady and rapid growth of China's economy, the rapid development of human industrial activities, the increase in per capita income level, China's manufacturing industry is also continuing rapid growth. But also because of the lack of core technology of China's manufacturing industry, the overall competitiveness is not strong, still face excessive consumption of energy,the plight of resources. Then the great impact on the environment, such as:natural resources, excessive consumption, a large number of waste, global warming and other environmental issues.In order to solve the environmental problems, manufacturing enterprises have gradually shift to service-oriented manufacturing enterprises. As a new concept and mode of production, will become the main mode of the manufacturing industry, it will the meaning of products gradually from simple ownership of the tangible product upgrade to service alternative products,emphasize the function of the product to meet consumer demand, and reduce the total production quantity, promote environmentally friendly design, through the products and raw materials or parts of repeated use and remanufacturing,improve resource use efficiency, reduce resource waste, the competitive advantage of the enterprise. First, from the current situation of service oriented manufacturing enterprises, mainly expounds the service oriented manufacturing enterprises. Combined with the problems and causes of the product service system, the operation of the product service system of manufacturing enterprise is analyzed, which provides the theoretical basis for the design of product service system.
