Nowadays e-business has become a hot topic in China. Not only the traditional manufacturing but also the rising retail and service industries regard the e-business as a new business manner. Meanwhile, with the development of telecommunications industry, e-business has become an ordinary consumption patterns for selecting and purchasing products in the daily life.E-business not only brings convenience, efficiency and interests, but also poses a number of ethical issues and profound philosophical pensee. The article analyzes the outline of the ethical issues about e-business in China by the analysis tools which is frequently used in the ecnometrics and considers that commercial credit, network fraud, business torts, untrue information disseminating and technology security damage are the critical problems which exist in e-business.As for the various ethical issues, the moral reasons existing e-business realm are researched though the subjective and objective aspects after understanding the nature of e-business. The author considers that the above ethical problems are inevitable, because of the conduct awareness of the individuals and groups and some other objective conditions, for example the interest in the virtual world, e-business legal flaw, information asymmetries and technological modernization. Meanwhile, the moral character of e-business is in the performance of the uniqueness of e-business relationships, the particularity of the moral evaluation and the characteristics and advantages of moral regulation.The principle of good faith, the principle of respect and the principles of self-discipline are the ethical ways and means, in which the principle of good faith is the core ethical principles and aims at moral regulation of e-business activities though real information, compliance contract compliance and mutual trust. At the same time, the article also focuses on the actual operational level, providing a range of solutions and thinking methods.
