Research, Knowledge Management Platform Based On The Supply Chain

The dissertation first defines the category of the knowledge of supply chain, clarifies the intrinsic interaction relation between supply chain management and knowledge management, then constructs a knowledge management model based on the supply chain platform, analyzes the implementation process and the support system of KM. This research aims at discussing the construction and utilization of the knowledge management system in whole supply chain domain in order to make the important theory instruction function for enterprises popularize knowledge management in mutually cooperation, enhance the enterprises' competitive power in global market.Supply chain is the property chain which related with different property rights. Implementing knowledge management in the whole industry chain domain will face two basic questions: Who should be the main advocator of km? How do the other members of this alliance accept and participate in the system of knowledge management? The dissertation takes the core enterprises which hold the superiority resources and represent of the supply chain as the knowledge management leading, consider the knowledge management system (KMS) of the core enterprises expand their own to the domain of industry chain and become the knowledge management platform of the whole supply chain; Other node enterprises realize seamless docking with this platform, personalization and interactive visiting to the supply chain knowledge library through the knowledge management gateway based on internet. The knowledge management on the basis of supply chain platform can integrate the supply chain knowledge effectively, improve the efficiency of sharing the knowledge among enterprises, and finally become a sharp weapon of establishing competition advantage.Compared with the enterprise interior knowledge management, KM of SC manifests a lot of traits in actual use.
