Supply Chain Model Of Knowledge Management And Knowledge Sharing

At present, the informatization and globalization of integrative economy make the cooperation between supply chain enterprises become more intimate. Knowledge management is a new pattern and means , which arouses the supply chain enterprise's interest. But in reality, the effect of supply chain knowledge management is not very well. For example, there is no unified cognition of classified knowledge management for supply chain knowledge flow, core enterprise, point enterprise, and it is difficulty for supply chain knowledge excavation, especially knowledge share. It is hard to study knowledge share mechanism and practical means.On the base of summarizing the study about the supply chain knowledge management in the world, the author does some things: Firstly, think different knowledge management between core enterprises and point enterprises which class as its status and influence in the supply chain, then establish knowledge management model with knowledge flow, core enterprises and point enterprises. Secondly, do research on supply chain knowledge share with absolute information static game, absolute information dynamic game and incomplete information evolutionary game between two enterprises to find pivotal factors, then suggest knowledge market in supply chain. Thirdly, do more research on supply chain knowledge management with cases of Wal-Mart and Toyota.The innovation of this article is doing research on knowledge management model and knowledge share in supply chain, standing in the strategic altitude. Then, studying knowledge share with static game and dynamic game to find trend of supply chain knowledge management more clearly.
