Auto industry of China have got some visible achievements in past fifty years, but there are wide gaps in marketing capability of auto enterprises between China and developed countries. International Marketing has already become a backbone to support the enterprise's subsistence and development in the western countries. The enterprises set up production and sales network in more than 2 countries, and become multinationals. It is going to be more important that Chinese enterprises concentrate on overseas market extending.Market competition is fiercer as new competitor and new product wedging. Therefore, it's important to establish overseas market developing strategy of JMC product market share rate in order to increase and develop company foreground. The article bases on theory of Marketing, Stratagem Management, International Marketing, and confirmed spreading overseas market is the only growing way of JMC through analyses of JMC product, market, and rival. It made out the 4P strategy (Product/Price/Process/Promotion), and defined JMC light commercial vehicle overseas market extending strategy.The article discussed how to use the worldwide view, international marketing and international management in auto industry of China. It drew a conclusion about JMC development strategy in overseas market and international marketing. So it could be used for reference of traditional marketing by national auto enterprise, and inspires international strategy and global economy integration into national auto industry.
