With the economy development, environment destruction has become more and more serious, and the wetland protect task is more and more heavy. Wetland park, as the coalition of wetland protection and utilization measurement, bear the weight of both wetland protection and leisure function. Xixi Wetland Park has attraction a lot of attention since its birth. In wetland park development process, its operation and management issues has emerged, such as the service quality issues, but until now, there are no research about how to deal with these problems.Based on the theory of "service quality management" and "consumer behavior", this study is designed to understand the service quality and tourists' post-purchase behavioral intentions of Xixi Wetland Park, as well as their relationship. According to the study outcomes, there are five aspects about assessing service quality of Xixi wetland, display, resource, reliability, consumables and empathy. Based upon the above research, post-purchase behavioral intention is supposed to be the grouping variable, and the tourists marketing is divided into three groups according to the variable. Afterwards, the segmentation market trait is analyzed to provide reference for service quality management of wetland park in the future.
