| With the development of the experience economy,tourists pay more and more attention to tourist destinations that can provide more experience elements.With good ecological conditions,superior geographical location and natural tourist environment,the National Forest Park has gradually become a new tourist "check-in point".The rise of the experience economy makes tourists pay more and more attention to tourism experience,and the quality of tourism experience has become the core competitiveness of tourism destination development,which is related to the development and utilization of national forest parks in the direction of tourist destinations.In view of this,based on the ABC attitude theory,combined with the research results of tourist satisfaction and place attachment,this paper establishes a research model of the impact of tourism experience quality on post-tour behavior intentions in national forest parks.Comprehensively using qualitative and quantitative methods,a national forest park tourism experience quality evaluation scale was constructed to explore the influence of experience quality on behavioral intentions.In the qualitative research part,tourists’ comment texts are used as the data source for analysis,ROST CM 6 software is used,and text analysis methods are used to extract the national forest park tourism experience quality evaluation scale,which provides support for empirical research.In the quantitative research part,the effective questionnaire data obtained from field and online surveys were used as the data source for analysis,and SPSS 26 and AMOS 24 software were used for analysis respectively,and the structural equation model method was used to test the relevant hypotheses.The research conclusions show that:(1)The quality of tourism experience in national forest parks includes five dimensions: professionalism,convenience,suitability,immersion and transcendence.(2)Tourism experience quality positively affects tourist satisfaction and place attachment.(3)Tourism experience quality,tourist satisfaction and place attachment positively affect post-tour behavior intention.(4)Tourist satisfaction and place attachment play a mediating role in the relationship between experience quality(professionalism,convenience,suitability,immersion and transcendence)and behavioral intention.(5)The demographic characteristics of tourists have a significant impact on experience quality,satisfaction,place attachment and behavioral intentions.According to the research results,corresponding suggestions are put forward for the national forest park to improve the tourist experience quality of tourists and achieve sustainable development. |
