Internal Network Resources Search Research And Design Solutions

There are research objects in this paper: analyzing the characteristic of enterprise information and the current situation sharing information resources, investigating the demand of sharing information in enterprise, proposing the plan and the mentality which is suitable for sharing information resources in enterprise.At present, because of the decentralized enterprise information resource in enterprise's internal information, Finding information resource is too trouble, and a lot of information is scattered in various corners of the enterprise, without reasonable sharing and utilization. Allowing file exchange among the end client peers through Internet is the initial purpose of peer-to-peer. In the short history of P2P applications, it has become one of the main application types that consume a large fraction of Internet traffic. P2P architecture has begun to show its capability to support massive users, and this capability makes it suitable for rapidly deploying powerful and large-scale distributed applications with low cost. Based on the above considerations, this paper designed to search the information resources of an enterprise network quickly using searching technology of P2P to achieve a more reasonable sharing of the enterprise network information resources. Meanwhile, Considering the security and confidentiality can not be guaranteed during the searching using P2P, this paper used a certificate of confidentiality and communication technology of the ICE middleware technology. To protect private information and documents of users, this paper added function of configuring conditions .These technologies and design ensure a fast, convenient, security and privacy of such characteristics during using.This paper summarized the characteristics of the enterprise's internal information resources, discussed the summary of this paper in detail, analyzed the needs and problems faced by users, designed and implemented the system. In addition, this paper also explained the technologies used in the system, analyzed the merits of these technologies. This internal network solution is built on a series of relatively advanced technology. So the introduction of these technologies could help people to realize this solution's advantages compared to other similar systems. Finally, this paper also analyzed the future development of this solution, explained the significance and influence of this solution of sharing and using information resource in enterprises in detail.
