After accomplishing the system reform successfully, Pingxiang Iron & Steel Co,.Ltd carried through series of steps in short period to reinforce the internal reform including prevailing the performance evaluation in order to moving forth continuously in today's competitive market.In the past year of reform, performance evaluation is getting better result in the company, but I am more aware of the problems generated in the process of performance evaluation which influence the performance evaluation within the company in a long run as well as the result in the past and expected result in the future, those problems may even effect the possibility of realizing the company future strategy.This document is mainly focus on the current status of performance evaluation in Pingxiang Iron & steel Co, .Ltd and the problems generated from its undergoing. By the means of analyzing the reason and searching for solutions with HR relative theory, we hope to develop performance evaluation into a healthy and long-run situation. Getting better understanding of the performance evaluation, improving the management skill and employee's all-round ability will directly result in achieving the real purpose of the performance evaluation and finally obtain the win-win situation.
