Study Of Corporate Environmental Management, Integrated Architecture

With the fact that the entironment is getting worsen, the countries all over the world more and more attach importance to the protection of environment problem, environmental management becomes a hotspot gradually. Whereas there is so much abuse in various policy tools at early times, how to drive enterprise to behave initiative in the progress of environmental management from passive conversion already becomes the important problem of academic studies at present. However, these researches only discuss the responding strategies adopted by businesses sector because of stricter regulations. Especially there is shortage of the integrative and interrelated empirical research, so is it in our country. Base on the explanations above, this study tries to answer the three research topics: (1)Organization response to the environmental issues what is the green management to be adopted? (2) What are the factors to influence the green management? (3)How does green management impact on organizational performance?Basing on the past literature review for home and abroad, this study develops a an integrative framework of environmental management for enterprises and carry out questionnaire investigation with 320 material enterprises of colored metal, architecture material, oil chemical industry and wrapper material etc in the Northwest, which obtain the authentication of ISO14001 before Oct. 2006.. In the data processing procedure, this study mainly uses structural equation modeling and correlation analysis to verify the model and hypotheses in the study. After theoretical exploration and empirical study, conclusions of this study are as follows:(1) In the integrative framework of environmental management for enterprises, this research divides enterprise behavior into clean production task, active administration management and green marketing activities; and divides influencing factor of environmental management for enterprise into institutional environment, technical environment and stakeholders; environmental performance is divided into Managerial performance and operational performance and emphasizes on operational performance.(2) Structural equation modeling shows that the fit indicators of the model proposed by this study are acceptable, which presents that the model is consistent with data structure and have good constructive validity.
