Study On The Technical Integrative Innovation Of Small And Medium Enterprises In Our Country

Our country is a developing nation which has a large population, the Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) play an important role in national economy and social development. Due to the localization of SMEs, the quondam methods of techniques innovation can not satisfy the needs of today. Such as they have not build techniques innovation mechanism, lacking of the innovative drive; they are in the small scale, shortage of financing and economy instability, having no capital to devote in techniques innovation; the whole SMEs have low diathesis, lacking of the ability person and techniques, and the potential to techniques innovation. So the SMEs need the integrative innovation to improve the innovative ability of enterprises. Moreover, the practice and theories on integrative innovation of SMEs are inchoate. In order to improve the techniques integrative innovation ability of our national SMEs, and to direct the innovative practice, it cries for deep and systemic study on interrelated problems. We can draw lessons from it to improve the ability of our SMEs technical integrative innovation.This paper uses the methods to study on the relevant problems such as correlating with positive analysis, combing inheritance with innovation, AHP and evaluation methods of grey correlational degree, method of inductive summary innovation and method of crossing multi-subject.Firstly, this paper analyzes the last research trends of integrative innovation at home and abroad, which is to understand the research background. It analyzes the concept of innovation, the development of techniques innovation theories, the putting forward of integrative innovation. It makes the developing skeleton of techniques integrative innovation theories clear. Base on the research at home and abroad, this paper builds up a frame of integrative innovation analyzing by integrative main body, integrative flat, integrative objects and evaluating indexes system of integrative innovation ability. These lay theoretic foundations for the study. This paper introduces the main types of technical innovation of SMEs, such as product(service, technology) innovation, research and development, technology transfer and high-tech SMEs etc. It also analyzes the characters of variety and extension, industry guidance, sufficient vigour, higher efficiency expressed by the technology innovation activities of SMEs. Combining with practice of our country, the paper stresses on analyzing the inhibiting factors existing in SMEs' technical innovation and its negative influences on SMEs' technical innovation in our country.
