Initial Study Of The Impact Factors Of Strategic Change Process

The directive strategic change theory is crucial to most Chinese enterprises. Facing environmental change and fierce competition from abroad, most Chinese enterprises who are trying to change their strategies find it hard to either start or manage the change, because of the lack of mature theoretical direction. The possible result is failure.The available research on strategic change focuses on the change model and how to manage the change, while this dissertation combines the processes as well as the factors of the strategic change.The author gives a review on the strategic change theory at first, and then explains on the key factors of strategic change after clarifying the steps of the changing process. In the end, advice is given to Chinese enterprises based on the analysis of successful and failed strategic change cases of foreign enterprises.
