Etf Product Innovation And Design Feasibility Study

ETF stands for Exchange-traded Fund. Essentially, ETF is a special open index fund, and it is also an innovation of the open-ended fund. Since the ETF has irreplaceable advantages, it has developed and expanded rapidly in the world market, and it has also become an innovation product that is not to be ignored in the financial world.This paper suggests the prospect of Chinese developing and innovating ETF, which is based on the successful experience of overseas'and combines the reality of Chinese stock market, and it also analyzes the design principle and operation system of Chinese ETF. After that, this paper suggests that China should make fully use of nowadays technological characteristics and realize the inner function of the products, especially the solution of arbitrage demands under the circumstances of law and technology that China has now. At the end of this paper, it intends to suggest the developing and innovating of correlation system.
