The strategy is a vital factor in the success of businesses in the market economy. This essay emphasizes the exploration of the successful operating strategy of Focus Media and its influence on the development of the Chinese advertisements and private enterprises on the basis of the history of Focus Media and puts forward some personnel comments and suggestions.Focus Media has become the largest Chinese outdoor advertisements operating enterprise since it was founded in 2003. Furthermore, it has expanded its business into various fields. Focus Media has experienced three stages of development: approaching stage, starting stage and spreading stage. It is the right strategic planning that makes Focus Media win in the market. The right strategic planning consists of the following key points.As a fully new mode of advertisement, the mode of Focus Media has caused great influence not only in the essence but also in the appearance of advertisement sales. Although the current development trend of Focus Media is steadily increasing, it does not mean that Focus Media has no potential problems and demerits.
