This paper mainly discuss an ritual named as Tangji Which has been found in Hubei Province .First ,I describe the Ritual in terms of phenomenological Method, Then we go deep with the origin of the ritual ,after that ,based on anthropology view ,I talk about the basic element in ritual. According to me ,Tangji is an religion ritual.Then I will discuss the same problem from different version: Chinese Philosophy .I don't think the Ritual is an copy of Chinese Philosophy .On the other hand ,the one is defined by the other .It's wrong to discuss the Chinese Philosophy by one eye.As a conclusion , I will argue that the "theory of copy" is wrong .In my view on Chinese philosophy ,I will afford an simple answer to the problem of the legitimacy of Chinese philosophy, and gave an new perspective on the development of the Liyue civilization.
