In the 21st century, the sea is important site of energy exploration and development. With the development of China, marine engineering construction scale is getting bigger and more complex, such as the construction of submarine pipeline, lay of submarine cable, and so on. This presented higher demand of the shallow sea exploration and research. High-resolution multi-channel seismic exploration technology is the most cost-effective method for shallow geological exploration, which provides great help for the marine works. Marine seismic survey in the marine geological survey of the most important constraint is the acquisition of high-quality seismic data acquisition and processing of high-quality results.This paper studies the Bohai Sea multi-channel seismic data acquisition and processing. Use the advantage of multi-channel to get information of deeper penetration on the formation. Use high-resolution multi-channel seismic to acquire high-resolution data for subsequent processing. And using high-resolution multi-channel seismic data processing methods to analysis and suppress noise of the data, attenuate multiples and modify the profile of the stack to obtain high quality results profile for further explanation.This paper has two aspects of the multi-channel seismic data acquisition and processing. The collection of the data in the field with 24 channel high-resolution marine seismic acquisition system which is made by our laboratory. The system has a small group interval. It is capable of high resolution shallow seismic survey. At the same time, through establishment of the geological model, the observed parameters were selected and demonstrated. In the processing, the focus is to analysis characteristics and suppression methods of noise and characteristics and propagation and suppression methods of seabed multiples. Using band-pass filtering, true amplitude recovery, velocity analysis, post-stack filtering, deconvolution after stack to process the data. By processing, the effect of the profile is fine, characteristics of wave group is significant, profile lineups is smooth and continuity is good, contact relation of the stratum is clear. The stratum of different depth have a good signal to noise ratio, structural relationship being clear, with a reasonable signal to noise ratio and resolution. It not only ensure the resolution of shallow but also the deep structure imaging, taking into account the frequency of changes in the region and the continuity of lineups. All of this lay a good foundation for the subsequent explanation.
