Along with the development of infrared communication technology, optical thin film in ascension optical device performance plays an increasingly heavy role. In this paper, we research in basal sapphire substrate for 1.064μm and 3~5μm transmission,1.2~2.8μm reflection infrared filter. We research and analyze the optical properties of thin film materials. According to film design theory, using the TFC coating system software design, the initial film layer thickness is optimized to the best effect.The thin films were made by electron beam vacuum evaporation and ionic auxiliary deposition techniques. Affect membrane layer properties of technological factors are analyzed and studied in the coating process. We succeeded in making the multi-wave bands filter film by means of continuous experiment and optimization of technical parameters, and it can withstand laser illuminant irradiation and harsh environmental test. |
