Gangdis ore-forming belt is a world-class scale with the copper,iron and polymetallic mineralization belt,no less than ZangDong "sanjiang" and east tianshan mountain copper and polymetallic mineralization belt in resource perspective.Xiongcun porphyry copper- gold ore deposit located in the midwest of gangdis ore-forming belt in Tibet.In regional because its metallogenic epoch and ore-forming geological factors are deferent from other known porphyry deposit,so,as a single deposit type to forecast,it,has realistic significance for the causes of the genetic study and metallogenic prediction of gangdis.This article from xiongcun porphyry copper-gold ore deposits of typical,through the study on ore deposit geology characteristics,extraction its ore-forming geological elements,including ore formation,ore-bearing rock,contain mineral porphyry,mineralization age and so on.And extended to deposits in the area where forecasting,combined with the regional geophysical prospecting,geochemical,remote sensing anomalous features,establish xiongcun type porphyry copper deposit regional prediction model,circle in the region similar to the mineralization on the favorable positions,estimate its reserves forecast,make an overall evaluation of predicting the estimate,for regional prospecting work provide guidance.Xiongcun porphyry copper-gold mine located tectonic position,gradeⅡtectonic units belonging to Ladakh-Gangdise arc basin system,Ⅲgrade tectonic units belonging to Ladakh-South Gangdise-Next Zayu magmatic arc,xiongcun group tuff is a male village copper-gold the main rock ore,is also important with seam,it's porphyry ore potentiality is with eye-like quartz phenocrysts of quartz diorite,ore bodies in the plane as a giant lens,development has typical porphyry deposits altered combination,metallogenic epoch is yanshanian,the main mineralization is the late jurassic period(165-140Ma),nearly east-west oriented fracture,altered type relatively more,alteration associated with ore bodies which are mainly silicification, potassic.To research the xiongcun copper-gold deposit and peripheral resource potential forecast appraisal useing the method of comprehensive information geological unit,through the research typical ore deposits and forecasting workspace deposits (points)the necessary and important ore-forming elements,establish factors superposition method forecasting area delineated model,comprehensive delineated the predictions area boundary,In the area to circle the smallest forecasting area,and the analysis of the condition of favorable metallogenic divided intoⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲlevel.Xiongcun copper-gold ore districts forecasting minimum of 14 predict areas delineated,among themⅠlevel 2,Ⅱlevel 5,Ⅲlevel 7,and the Xiongcun copper-gold deposit as a model area,copper forecast to predict the work area Xiongcun total 4,289,500 tons of copper resources,including 334-1 categories for 103.89 tons,334-2 categories for 105.64 tons,334-3 categories for 219.42 tons,reflect that Xiongcun porphyry copper (gold) ore in gangdis has large resource potential.
