Power industry provides the basic driving force for the national economy, which makes it one of the most important national economic development departments. Power Diversified Group not only relies on the main power, but also contributes to the development of it. Performance evaluation is a measure to evaluate and predict the performance of the enterprise. Its role is to ensure that the production and business activities of the enterprise are in line with the plans. The performance evaluation of the Power Diversified Group is to find out a critical way of enhancing the performance of the enterprise by measuring the gap between the performance and the expectations. However, the Power Diversified Group is often too dependent on the main power. It lacks the awareness of market competition and the usage of modern management methods. Its performance evaluation focuses on traditional financial evaluation, which is only a control method without strategy oriented.This paper summarizes the business environment of Group A ,and analyses both the strengths and the weaknesses of the enterprise. Then this article positions the strategy of Group A, and divides it into four stages. By summarizing the existing performance evaluation system of Group A and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of it, this paper argues that a new evaluation system which supports the strategic objectives and with internal equity should be established. This paper takes electrical equipment manufacturing company, construction and installation company , and real estate company of Group A as an example, uses the Balanced Scorecard to decompose the strategic objectives of the enterprise ,and builds the performance indicators of the three branches, to ensure that the performance indicators can support the firm's strategy. And uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the index weight to make sure the internal equity of the indicators。Finally, recommendations as to the implementation of the new program are proposed.This paper includes five parts: the first part is introduction, which states the background, purpose and research ideas of this article; the second part is the overview of theory, which summarizes the theoretical basis of the enterprise performance evaluation and the Balanced Scorecard; the third part is about the current state of performance evaluation in Group A, which analyzes the current situation of the business performance and the performance evaluation system; the fourth part is points out the shortages of the current performance evaluation in Group A; the fifth part constructs a new performance evaluation system, and proposes some specific suggestions for the implementation of the newly developed performance evaluation system.
