In the context of knowledge-based economy,enterprises at home and abroad must improve their sustainable development capability by internal and external cultivation in order to maintain their market share and expand their competitiveness.At the financial level,reducing costs and increasing efficiency are the main objectives of financial transformation,and promoting the integration of business and finance is the main trend of financial transformation.Driven by both management needs and technological innovation,Financial Shared Services have emerged,and this model is considered to be a powerful tool for reducing costs and increasing efficiency and eliminating redundancy.Large domestic enterprises with innovative consciousness and conditions for transformation have joined the team to build Financial Shared Service Centers,and have achieved good results.Z Group is a state-owned enterprise.In order to achieve the company’s strategic goals,Z Group has made the construction of financial shared services a key task in2021,and the construction of the financial shared project is steadily underway,but in terms of performance management,the previous performance management method is still being used,and there is no separate performance evaluation for financial shared services.Group Z is also the first directly managed company in the China Minmetals Corporation to build a financial shared service.This paper takes the construction process of Z Group’s financial sharing service as the case background,and take the financial sharing service as the research object.It mainly focus on the analysis of the performance evaluation of the construction and operation process of Z Group’s financial sharing project,introduce the four evaluation dimensions of the balanced scorecard method,combine the company’s vision and strategy to decompose the objectives of the financial sharing service,and uses the hierarchical analysis method to distribute questionnaires within Z Group for expert A new performance evaluation system was constructed for Group Z’s financial shared services,and simulations were conducted based on Group Z’s operating conditions.The system’s dimensions and indicators interact with each other to form a performance evaluation cycle of evaluation feedback correction implementation,which can support and maintain the sound development of Group Z’s financial shared services.Based on the actual situation of Group Z’s financial sharing project,this paper organically combines the balanced scorecard with the performance evaluation of Group Z’s financial sharing service.The purpose of this paper is to solve the real-life problems for Group Z.At the same time,it composes the ideas of the balanced scorecard in the construction of financial sharing service.The research results of this paper can provide experience for the construction of performance evaluation of financial shared services of other group companies.
