With the further development of science and technology , Some high-tech materials and equipment, or key parts often need to be sealed. To ensure the proper seals to achieve the function ,for example, the hermetically sealed relays used in the aerospace, preparation of high-performance materials, gas flow control in fuel cell, these technically projects all exist sealing problems. Finding out the physical laws of gas flow is the key to solve sealing problems within the micro-channel. In view of micro-channel gas flow to solve the experimental and theoretical difficulties of measuring the bottleneck. In general, the numerical simulation has become a major solution to this problem. So the aim of this thesis is to seek a breakthrough in numerical simulation methods in this context. This thesis is organized as follows: The first chapter is devoted to reviewing the research background and significance, describing some of the methods involved in this thesis; The second chapter includes: part 1, reviewing the various parts of the relay and reasons, which may affect sealing performance from the component level; part 2, studying the sealing performance in the research of leakage, and overviewing of domestic and foreign issues about the theoretical study on the leakage and summarizing some of the methods and progresses in theoretical research; part 3, describing some numerical simulation methods for gas flow in micro-channel. The third chapter describes the main work of this paper in detail, which includes the method used in the simulation of gas flow in the micro-channel: IP-DSMC. The fourth chapter presents some comparisons and analysis accord to the simulation results, and gives the corresponding conclusions. The fifth chapter summarizes about this work and some research directions in future.
