In modern oil well logging work, the winch control panel not only provides the operators with basic information of downhole instruments such as depth, intensity, speed difference intensity and so on, to make sure the construction quality and security; but also meets the demand of the modern oil well logging technological development, carries on the bidirectional communication with the logging equipment, provides more and more comprehensive information to the operators and the administrator (for example perforation count information), at the same time provides more humanized operation interface and automatic control function to reduce labour intensity. In the rapid development of modern electronic technology (specially integrated circuit and liquid crystal display technology) and information technology, the winch kneading board's intellectualization and user-friendly may be realized.This paper uses high performance DSP as handle center and designes a kind of colorful LCD intelligence winch control panel, which not only has the basic function of winch board, but also realizes Two-Way Communication with the logging equipment by CAN BUS line and display logging information on the winch control panel. The topic mainly completed a following work:1. Study the direction of intelligence winch control panel development and design its function (include basic function and expand function).2. Study the method of calculation and check of the depth, tension, speed and difference tension.3. It uses DSP as the processor core to design the hardware of intelligent winch control panel. Its features include color LCD display, keyboard input, the CAN instrument to the logging equipment, collecting data of the depth of pulse and tension. It has some digital control interfaces for automatic control which has prepared for the future improvement.4. It uses hierarchy to design software of system.The software has been divided into 3 layers:the hardware management layer, data management Layer and the computing layer.This system uses the TMS320LF2407 as handle nucleus, which has stronger intelligence level and expanding capability and can apply procedure according to the consumer's demand. It can expand the functions such as video display and winch automatic control on the foundation of the board.
