Winch plays an important role in the development of marine resources,which is the main auxiliary equipment to protect other equipments.With the gradual increasing in the depth of ocean exploration,deep sea winch requirements are constantly improved.In this text,the deep sea winch based on the retraction system of photoelectric composite cable that propose a traction system and a separate structure of the cable system.Tension on the cable is balanced by the friction of the traction winch capstan,which makes the tension value of the end of towing winch will reduce to the desired value.This structure solves the problems of cable disorder and cable caused by the single drum winch of traditional traction and storage cable,which also avoids the problem of cable damage caused by freely tension.First,The text analyze the cause of the constant tension on the cable.When the traction winch and the cable winch have the same linear velocity,the tension value on the cable is constant.The relation of the magnitude of the constant tension on the cable and the calculation of the traction winch and the cable winch is determined.Secondly,analyze and design the structure of traction winch and cable winch,which provides a theoretical basis for the system constant tension control.Lastly,The comparison shows that the single-fold rope groove is the most suitable multi-layer arrangement.The driving system of winch is designed with hydraulic power source,variable pump is used in the main circuit of mooring winch quantitative motor closed system design pattern,through analyzing the schematic diagram of the hydraulic system of the storage winch,obtaining the mathematical model of the hydraulic control system.By analyzing the mathematical model,found that besides the direct control of the tension on the cable,there is tension of the cable can be controlled by controlling the pressure difference between the two sides of the hydraulic motor.So,the Control system is designed as tension direct control and pressure indirect control,both of them have impacts on the cable tension.There also found that,the damping of the hydraulic pump is too small,resulting in a decline in the disturbance rejection of the system.So the dynamic pressure feedback device is added into the main loop of the hydraulic system to solve the problem.Based on the hydraulic system of storage winch for physical modeling using AMESim,tension control and pressure control are commonly used in engineering PID controller,building AMESim physical model to simulation analysis of two kinds of closed loop control mode.In the simulation process,the anti-interference ability of the system is observed by changing the working radius and the moment of inertia of the cable.The conclusion of the simulation analysis is that: both of two control methods are able to meet the needs of deep-sea winch,the anti-interference ability of the control system is gradually decreasing with the working radius and the inertia of the rotary inertia increase,and when the layer changes,there is almost no impact on the tension of cables.
