In recent years, because of the rapid development of GIS, Geographic Information System is widely used in actual production, including data processing, editing, data format conversion, spatial analysis, decision support, three-dimensional modeling, 2D and 3D Integration, secondary development. The secondary development of GIS-based approach have taken place great changes, from the fundamental development, to the pure secondary development platform, component development to today's integrated secondary development, is rapid development.Based on Supermap Deskpro.Net do secondary development, It is integration secondary development of GIS, are applied to survey control network information query and analysis system. Based on desktop application quickly establish the spatial data and attribute data of survey control network, and through the visual editing of spatial data, adding attribute data to complete establishing the data model of the survey control networks.First, this paper done an overview of survey control network and GIS, analyzed the significance of survey control network system, and described the expansion technique and process of Supermap.Deskpro.Net, and done a detailed introduction of the object, interface and file configuration, interface configuration of the platform. Analyzed the feasibility of survey control network information query and analysis system , completed designing system function.System is divided into two functional modules, data base information module and analysis-application module. The basic information module, from three aspects:leveling network, GPS control network and traverse networks ,discussed the data model and the data content which control network involved. Respectively show the basic information of surveying control network from the points, lines, network three areas. Use point, line, network data model to store or expression the data information of surveying control network and the field information required establishing database. Combined with the actual production and application, proposed system's application and analysis function. Then design the system's interface and achieve system function. From the database design, data table field to add, edit attribute data and spatial data, maps and data sets operations, spatial analysis, functional realization and so on to expand, reflects the functions of GIS such as data editing, data storage, information query, spatial analysis and assistant decision etc. Basic information module: Querying information from point line network objects of the three control network, objects contains name, three-dimensional coordinates, precision, length, text and description information etc.Analysis and application modules, including data query, data calculation, control network visibility analysis, statistical analysis, map operation, map output, applications of the Thiessen-polygon. Finally, realize the system functions as designed, display the work environment and function interface of control network system .Secondary development process:build the plug-ins project through the VS2008, write programs and configuration files,compile Dll and configuration files, then design functional interface in work environment design of the desktop applications, complete function expansion by adding Dll and related configuration.
