Huimin depression is located in the most westerly region of Jiyang depression, and it is the largest secondary depression of Jiyang depression. There are many secondary tectonic units in Huimin depression, primarily it can be divided into three secondary depression of Linnan, Xinyang, Zizhen and three forward tectonic zones of Linfanjia structure, central uplift zone, Huimin south slope. West part of Huimin depression mainly include Linnan depression and surrounding region, plenty of petroleum reservoir was found in some layers, it is primary petroleum reservoir region in Huimin depression, but how to further, effectively exploration, development and expanded production is the most important problem to be solved.This thesis selects the regional tectonic background analysis of Huimin depression and its surrounding region as basis, combined with planar and sectional tectonic feature, divides the fault tectonic styles further analyze its planar distribution feature; analyze the current activity of its main fault, thus provide scientific proof for further effective exploration and development.On the basis of plate tectonics theory, this thesis considers that the formation and evolution of Huimin depression is closely linked with the activity of surrounding plates and Tanlu fault zone since Mesozoic and Cenozoic; activity of Tanlu fault Shandong segment can be divided into three stages:left lateral slip in early Cretaceous, left lateral slip and stretch in late Cretaceous and Paleocene, right lateral slip and press since Neocene.According to the newest divide scheme of tectonic style and combining with data of seismic section and plane tectonic map, divided the type of fault tectonic style in study area. The tectonic style of overlying stratum in Huimin depression can be divided into two primary types:slip tectonic style and stretch tectonic style, and further it can be divided into twelve secondary types.Through analysis of fault geometric element, mechanical property, primary stress of fault surface, lithology contrast of fault both sides, mudstone smear factor, adopt fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to study the sealing of main fault.
