Most importantly, this thesis not only analyzed the present situation and the problems existing in the project management of Northwest Non-ferrous Metallic Surveying and Mapping engineering corporation, and also deeply investigated the setting, cost check management, process management and achievements quality control of it. This thesis built the client relationship management system on the basis of customer satisfaction survey and proposed some concrete measures to strengthen project management. These achievements will accomplish the goal of project management, greatly improve the healthy, lasting development of the production and business operations for the enterprise, and also can correct the shortcomings and inadequacies of administration and greatly improve the initiative response to market for the enterprise.A good project management system should be beneficial to sustainable development for the enterprise, to long-term interests for the staff, and to standardized management for the enterprise. Furthermore, it should improve the life and vitality of the enterprise and adjust the manage system for the project management. A good project management system should also give better play of the role of management functions, promote diversification of the Administrative component and try to form the cost management center with more sectors participation, better process control mechanism, better project evaluation system, better quality control system and better project promote mechanism, so as to achieve enterprise target according the strategy of the enterprise.
