In recent years, due to the need of solving engineering problems, the reliability of complex systems is widely concerned by scholars. The consecutive k-out-of-n: G System is a kind of complex system with widely application. It consists of n components along a line or a circle such that the system is good if and only if at least k consecutive components in the system are goof. In order to research the life phenomenon that is more closed to the actual life, this paper proposes a new complex system model: the deleted consecutive k-out–of- n: G system. It consists of n components along a line or a circle such that the system is good if and only if at least k consecutive components in the system after removing a failed component are good. In particular, when the failed component that are removed is in the middle of k+1(k is even number) consecutive components, it is said to standard deleted consecutive k-out-of-n: G system. This article has discussed reliability analysis of the deleted consecutive k-out–of -n system by using general theory of the renewal process and the Markov process consisted of five chapters. The first chapter is preface parts. The second chapter mainly introduces the basic concept of reliability and the definition the deleted consecutive k-out–of n: G system. In third chapter and fourth chapter, this paper introduce the reliability analysis of standard deleted consecutive n-1-out–of n: G system when n is odd and the reliability analysis of the deleted consecutive n-2-out-of-n: G system. We assumed that system is repairable, the working time is exponential distribution and the repair time of a component has all general distribution. Through the analysis of the system and get some important reliability index of the system by using the supplementary variable technique and the tool of the Laplace transform. The last part includes the conclusion and outlook, introducing the innovation. It can solve those problems in real life and give out some problems in need of improvement.
