Although the phenomenon of chaos is derived from the deterministic nonlinear system, its dynamical performance is pseudo-random. Chaos is characterized by a sensitive dependence of a system's dynamical variables on the initial conditions. A great deal of investigation shows that the relation between chaos and engineering technology has become closer. Chaos has far-ranging applied foreground in many fields such as biological engineering, electronic engineering, chemical engineering, information engineering, application mathematics and experimental physics and so on.Chaotic circuit theory is an important branch of the modern non-linear science. The researches are primarily done on the theory and application of chaotic circuit, and the experiment of chaotic circuit plays a vital role between them.Firstly, this thesis describes the emergence and development of chaos theory, and Analysis the Researches of chaotic circuit at home and abroad, and elaborates the theory and application of chaos theory in detail. Then, this thesis gives the introduction of the predecessors'works systematically in the field including the definition, basic features of the chaos and the related concepts of chaotic system.Next, by a thorough research of chaos circuit theory, this article proposes a design plan of the experimental apparatus of nonlinear chaotic circuit and proofs and elaborates the realization of each cell circuit in detail, basic principle to design chaotic circuit by operational amplifier, resistor and capacitor was analyzed, and a new method to design chaotic circuit by operational amplifier, resistor and capacitor was proposed, and the dynamics of each chaotic system was tested and verified by hardware at last.Finally, this thesis describes a new chaotic system, researches it's non-linear dynamics, provides the system simulation by MATLAB on the basis of calculating in number value. We adopt the scalar quantity, turn dynamics differential equation of this system into the principle picture of the circuit, and provides a method to select the suitable circuit parameter, finally, the typical application circuit of chaos-chaotic masking secure communication is introduced. In this thesis, the design and implementation of the experimental apparatus of nonlinear chaotic circuit has practical significance to the experimental research of chaotic circuit and the teaching of non-linear circuits, and it has a certain theoretical significance and application prospects.
