Xinmin oil field reservoir description and matching techniques for further developmentin Xinmin oilfield is something base block development status and also. The ceaselessdevelopment as development, achieve moderate water-cut stage, development contradictionsemerged, the speed of water cut increases, the distribution of residual oil becomes morecomplex, difficult water flooding. At this time, the vertical unit only to small layer, not insingle sand body of research present situation, has been unable to meet the development needs, the need for underground single sand body distribution, connectivity, heterogeneity study. Inview of this situation, mainly carried out time unit plane sedimentary microfacies study. To 'high resolution stratigraphic framework, core analysis, logging microfacies modeling, development of dense well net plane sedimentary microfacies and single sand body of fineanatomic ' as the main research content. The division and correlation of depositional time unittechnology, core facies recognition and logging microfacies modeling technology, time unitlevel plane micro phase synthetic technology, heterogeneity and flow unit analysis technologyfor oil field were studied. Base block.Achieved important results and conclusions:1) establish a unified high resolutionsequence stratigraphic framework;2) established a logging facies models;3) completed34time unit plane sedimentary microfacies classification and mapping;4) reveals the effectivereservoir to various types of channel sand body;5) further revealed single channelheterogeneities within the law;6) revealed a large plane composite sand body and its cause offormation, internal law;7) Xinmin oil field source direction clear to the southwest, the lack ofobvious southeast source evidence, and belongs to the river shallow-water delta sedimentarysystem;8) combined with dynamic reaction, establish the study of residual oil distribution, combined with the corresponding technology, effectively improve the development effect.
