Ordered mesoporous materials have aroused great interest due to their large surface areas, ordered pore structure, narrow pore size distribution (2-50 nm), easy modification and good biocompatibility. Those properties make ordered mesoporous materials for investigating electrochemical behavior of substances. Some works have been done on the application of it in the ion exchange, adsorption, electrocatalysis and other fields. In this dissertation, Two hydroxybenzene isomers are identified with functionalized ordered mesoporous materials modified electrodes, and the novel ordered mesoporous carbon are synthesized according the templating mechanism using a ordered mesoporous silicon as a hard template. Ordered mesoporous carbon plays an important role in immobilized myoglobin (Mb) as a new kind of biosensor for investigating direct electrochemical behavior of hemoprotein. This dissertation mainly consists of the following several aspects:1. In this work, SBA15 and amino-functionalized SBA15, as important ordered mesoporous silicons, are synthesized and characterized. We firstly reported on simultaneous determination of dihydroxybenzene isomers and aminophenol isomers by voltammetry with amino-functionalized SBA15 modified carbon paste electrode.The functionalized ordered mesoporous silicon modified electrode showed a good electrocatalytic response towards dihydroxybenzene isomers and aminophenol isomers and the detection sensitivity was improved dramatically.The cyclodextrin functionalized SBA-15 modified carbon paste electrode was fabricated. The electrochemical behavior of dihydroxybenzene isomer at modified elecrode was investigated and results showed a large peak current and high selectivity for the dihydroxybenzene isomers.2. Ordered mesoporous carbon(OMC) was synthesized by templating SBA15 mesoporous silica materials and OMC have been used to immobilize myoglobin (Mb) for assembling into Mb-OMC modified glassy carbon electrode(Mb-OMC/GC) and study their direct electrochemical behaviors. Results from UV-Vis and FT-IR showed that the Mb retained their near-native secondary structures in OMC and the OMC could effectively improve on the direct electron transfer between the adsorbed Mb protein redox site and the electrode surface. Furthermore, Mb-OMC/GC, as a amperometric biosensor,showed good bioelectrocatalytic activity to H2O2.
